Windows Desktop softphone

In this guide we will be looking into installing and configuring the Windows desktop phone application on windows 10/11

  1. You will need to download the application by going to this link.
  2. Now select the executable file (should be in your download folder) and double click on it. The file name is reachucnat.exe.
  3. You will be prompted with this window. Click next to continue the installation.
  4. You will be ask to select a location for the installation you can use the default one. once you have selected the location press install.


  5. You can select to have a icon on your desktop and to start the application.
  6. Once the application as been started you will be ask to sign in. The username is the one you receive in the welcome email and the password is the one you configured in the same email.
    1. Select the settings button.
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the window and look for the default app by protocol option.
    3. Now find the option for the CALLTO and select ReachUC.
    4. Now you just need to select next and you will be done and ready to use your new phone.
